paid him he never sent them $103 now I find out he trolled other people

I payed him $21 shipped for a version 1 Microsoft Intellimouse Optical mouse.

I payed him via PayPal on April 14, 2002.

The first week, he told me that he went to the post office and only was able to ship out 3 of the 5 packages he bought (coincidently, mine wasn\'t one of those 3) because he forgot the shipping labels for them.

Second week, he then tells me he got in a car crash and that my mouse was trapped in the car which he was in which coincidently, the day that I talked to him on AIM, he was able to retrieve it from the car. Also, he didn\'t even bother to tell me the second week that he still didn\'t ship it yet because he said I\'d be upset! Well of course I\'m going to be fucking upset, but I get even more fucking upset when I don\'t have a god damn clue where the fuck my item I payed for 2 weeks prior is!

So then the third week, I asked him where my mouse was on Saturday and he said that he shipped it that day and gave me a Delivery Confirmation # for USPS, so I tried it and it didn\'t work, but I didn\'t take that into consideration because I know when I send USPS, it sometimes takes 1-2 days for it to get into the system. So then Monday, he is like OK, I just shipped it today. WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU SHIPPED IT TODAY?! YOU SAID YOU SHIPPED IT ON SATURDAY!!

So now he supposedly shipped it on Monday, and Friday, I still have to get it, and I know it isn\'t the USPS that is slow because I sent REOspeedealer who is in Texas a package roughly the same weight as a mouse USPS Priority Mail on Monday and he got it Thursday, and GreyDude lives closer to me REOspeedealer, so there is no excuse for why I still have yet to get my fucking mouse.

Then I told him I was going to give him negative feedback and he is asking me why and telling that I should give him neutral. Yeah, for being 3 weeks to me, bad communication for a week and lying, you should get neutral. Riiiiggghttt... Then, I\'m not sure if this was a bride because it wasn\'t directly stated, but he offered to pay me $35 through PayPal even though the mouse is $21. I told him that I won\'t be payed to keep quiet about his horrible trading practices. He then told me that this wasn\'t a bride, and insisted that I take the $35. 5 days later and I still have yet to receive this $35 via PayPal from him.

Bought an Athlon CPU from him and \"sold\" a 60gb drive to him. Good transactions so far.
